When: June 8, 2014
Morning Meeting
Where: ,

Q: During this time with you I can feel lots of changes in my body. Is there a point at which the transmission we receive from you can be used when we’re back in the unreal world? How can we be channels of peace?

John: You can’t be a channel of peace. You can be a channel of response. When you’re in response to what you’re awakening to, you are at peace with what you know. As soon as you’re not in response to what you’ve awakened to, when you’re not in response to what you know, instead of being at peace with what you know, you’ll be at odds with what you know.

What keeps you in response to what you know in your heart is when you don’t use anything outside of your heart, when you don’t use anything of your self to guide, determine or limit that response. If you use anything of your self in relationship to response, that response is replaced with what you’re accustomed to in your self. Response is replaced by resistance, resistance to response.

Be in continual response. Stay in response to anything and everything that you know in your heart, particularly when that is of cost to your self.  Don’t protect your self from what you know in your heart.

Q: How do I do the protection?

John: When you give consideration to your self. As soon as you know the truth of something in your heart, you’ll naturally be in response to it until you realize the implications of that response to your heart on your self. As soon as you realize the implications of that, a defence from what you know is for you to give consideration to your self.

A consideration that you give to your self is the disempowerment of what you know in your heart. The response to what you know stops and you’ll be cushioning your self. The cushioning in your self will be a measure of thought, a thinking that is constructed against what you know, that is an argument in your thinking that is in favour of your self; in favour of your self at the expense of what you know in your heart.

That thinking is a defence, the kind of thinking that supports resistance. Any reasoning that supports resistance is a construct that has been put together to defend your self from what you know. You don’t need to resist anything. The resistance of anything is going to be connected to you resisting something of what you know.

Instead of employing resistance, be in response to what you know in your heart. When you respond to what you know in your heart, you won’t be fulfilling anything that’s unintegrated in your self. You won’t be fulfilling a pattern, even if you think you do.

Q: Is that like not feeding a pattern so it dies? You don’t give it any energy; you just respond  to what you know in your heart.

John: Yes.

Q: Do they die eventually, through lack of attention?

John: Some very quickly and some not for a very long time.

It is not possible to have a real reason for not responding to what you know in your heart, even if after a lifetime of responding to what you know in your heart, without a single favourable result of that in your self. You don’t owe your self anything. You belong to what you know in your heart.

Live that way. In your life, do what you know is wise in your heart, particularly at the expense of what you think is wise in your self.  Much of what is wise in this world will cost you your heart. Instead of going even a little bit that way, live in complete response to everything that you know in your heart.

Q: Yesterday I heard you say that being alive in this body is the biggest opportunity to grow in awareness. I’d like to know what would be helpful for me in growing in awareness. John: By you letting your evolution as awareness matter more than everything that you have:
Q: Right after that last meeting I felt as if a little door opened in me. It had to do with what you said about experience being a messenger. Openness and softness took on new meaning. My body started opening and there was more movement, within. What disturbs me
Q: John, are we all one? John: Yes. But that’s very different from all of us really being there. On a deeper level within, yes, we are all one but if we live being separate from what our being is, we will all be separate: separate from our beings,
