Registration

      1. Visit the “Events” page, by clicking on “Meet” on the main nav (top right).
      2. Click on the Seminar you want to attend
      3. Click the REGISTER button
      4. Select your registration type
        1. Choose the number of people who want that ticket type in the drop down menu
        2. Click “Checkout”
      5. Fill out your “Buyer Information”
      6. Choose a password for your account. This will create an account on Eventbrite with your email address so Eventbrite can store your information on file for future use. (This is different from your John de Ruiter website account)
      7. If you already have an account, click log in
      8. Fill out tax information
      9. Fill out Payment and Billing information
      10. Fill out the registration information for each registrant
      11. Click Pay Now

Printing a Tax Receipt

      1. Find your order confirmation in your email
      2. Download the attached tax invoice
      3. Print

OR

      1. Log into your Eventbrite account
      2. Hover over your name in the top right corner and click “Tickets”
      3. Click the event you want to print a tax receipt for
      4. Click “Print Tax Invoice”

Requesting a Refund

      1. Log into your Eventbrite account
      2. Hover over your name in the top right corner and click “Tickets”
      3. Click the event you want to request a refund for
      4. Click “Request Refund”
      5. Fill out the form and click “Send Message”
