I woke up today streaming and wide open then up came a distorted past reminder of stupidity. Instantly I reacted as I have for years and could sense the tightening effect that had on my beautiful open flow. What I am has some very delicate sensitive parts that include the outer world. To be warmly ok in it, opening and softening is an essential rather than instantly covering up my shame, my nakedness ! This meeting is a rare jewel to share and of immense value ! Thank you John
