Refund Policy
John de Ruiter TV Subscription: We do not offer refunds for subscription purchases. We reserve the right not to issue refunds for live streams, however these will be handled on a case by case basis.
Events with John
Attendance at events with John implies agreement with our event policies (https://johnderuiter.com/event-policies/)
To keep events safe and respectful for all participants, we may limit or revoke participation of anyone acting in a disruptive manner.
John’s presence and teachings are not a substitute for medical or psychological assessment, diagnosis or treatment prescribed by a physician or mental health professional.
Payment for events & lodging, if applicable, must be received in full prior to attending at the event.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
