“Cosmic love that calls you: higher than all of this world, most intimate and clean”. This is how John concludes his response to this young man asking the fundamental question: “What is Truth?” Listen in to the rest of his answer.

In this talk, John explains that it is openness and softness of heart, in every little thing in life, that can become your beloved master. When you live being a servant to openness and softness of heart, that is you finding and living with the beloved within.

Through the story of meeting with a beggar, a man speaks of his sense of continually coming up against a threshold within that he knows will take him deeper, but which he cannot seem to pass through. John explains that this is an illusory threshold created by beliefs, and that the way through is by way of a complete return to innocence.

We are all connected to others, and form bonds with them in our lives. What are these bonds for? Why are some bonds deeper than others, or carry more meaning for us? What is it that moves in a bond and what is the chemistry? All of this and more is discussed in this dialogue.

A woman is feeling a lack of love towards her husband, often being annoyed by his behaviour and feeling superior to him. John shows her how to find the touch of dearness, the real connectivity, where surface annoyances becomes terms of endearment.

A mother feels entangled in the difficulties of her handicapped child’s condition and asks how she can be of real help. John shows how they can meet and enjoy each other without the condition getting in the way, which will also help the condition. Don’t wait until you die to really be with her.
