You pulse in my heart night and day with no thought of my own, I don’t think about breath as it has already been drawn ! It does seem that only in difficulty do we consider things of Spirit or my Foundations or my Beacon that directs. Why wait for difficult times ? Why not just live in it full time… let it swallow me up and stay there ? There is a consciousness that knows better than I, who claims ownership of me and provides in ways beyond comprehension. I’m here to serve that with no religious connotations…It is the origin of the most Sacred and is my Deepest. Thank you John
