Payment Methods

  1. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
  2. All online orders are processed through 128 bit SSL encryption to protect your credit card information.
  3. All prices and figures are listed in Canadian Dollars.

 

Address Changes

  1. It is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information in your user profile is current and accurate.
  2. This includes but is not limited to name, address, phone number and email address.
  3. Changes can be made at www.johnderuiter.com/my-account/ or by contacting support@johnderuiter.com.

 

Password and Security

  1. You agree not to give or make available your password or other means to access your account to any unauthorized individuals. You are responsible for all payments you authorize using our website.
  2. If you permit authorized users or other persons to use your password or other means to access your account, you are responsible for any transactions they authorize.
  3. If you believe that your password or other means to access your account have been lost or stolen, or that someone may attempt to use your online account without your consent, you must notify John de Ruiter Online Support by submitting a support request here or emailing us at support@johnderuiter.com. Please report the issue and any unauthorized financial transactions to your financial institution.

Refunds Policy

 

Audio Downloads

Our refund policy guarantees that you will be fully refunded provided that you:

  1. Contact our support team via our support ticket request form above or via email at support@johnderuiter.com to request a refund within 30 calendar days from the date of your purchase.
  2. Provide your order number and last four digits of the credit card number used for the purchase or your PayPal account name.
  3. State valid reason for requesting a refund on the form. For example: You accidentally purchased the Audio MP3 download more than once.
  4. Your reason for a refund does not fall under any of the conditions below:
    • The refund is requested more than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase.
    • Failure to include all the required information regarding your order information.
    • Failure to specify a valid reason for your refund request.
    • You have already downloaded and listened to the Audio MP3 Download.
    • The item to be refunded is part of a package purchase that includes other product.
    • Failure to respond within seven calendar days upon receipt of the email from support@johnderuiter.com regarding your refund request.
  5. Refunds will be made to the credit card or PayPal account that was used in the original purchase of the product.
  6. You will receive a full refund for the purchase price, excluding any and all extra fees for any additional services you had selected to include with your purchase.
  7. Refunds will be made within 7 business days from the day your refund request is accepted.
